Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks a Scaled Enablement Lead to develop a Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program. You will qualify intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops, enabling trainers to operate without direct Anthropic CS support.

You’ll own the program’s tracks, credentials, and gates, and iteratively scale content with governance, risk management, and quality measures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management.
• Built and run scalable train-the-trainer programs with credentialing.
• Experience with nonprofit intermediaries and adult learning design.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end.
• Design kits, qualification paths, credentials, and recertification processes.
• Recruit pilot intermediaries and scale through repeatable application flow.
