Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Enablement Lead in New York to build and scale a train-the-trainer program for Claude adoption by nonprofit intermediaries. You will design kits, credentials, and governance, collaborating with Customer Success, Partnerships, and Education teams to drive impact without direct client management.

You will lead cohorts, define qualification paths, and ensure quality with teach-back gates and feedback loops as Claude expands to more organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management.
• Train-the-trainer at scale; built and run a program that qualified others to deliver training without you in the room.
• Learning design and delivery of end-to-end curricula, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Nonprofit ecosystem fluency with networks, capacity builders, funders, technical assistance providers.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, including Claude, in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end-to-end: tracks, credential, and recertification.
• Build activation playbooks, kickoff, admin setup, launch, and Day 30/60/90 reviews with decks and guides.
• Recruit and qualify pilot intermediaries and route them to appropriate tracks and homes.
• Deliver enablement for network intermediaries and adapt the program to their member outreach.
• Create connective tissue among intermediaries: shared office hours and cohort progression.
• Support Claude Corps enablement: scale fellows' impact and feedback into enablement.
• Maintain quality gates when Anthropic is not in the room through teach-back, mock sessions, and shadowing.
• Run the program as a system: content intake, LMS courses, and attribution models for intermediaries.
