Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a Scaled Enablement Lead to design and deliver a train-the-trainer program for Claude in the nonprofit sector. You will own the kits, credentials, and quality gates that intermediaries use to onboard organizations without a dedicated Anthropic CS presence.

You’ll collaborate with Beneficial Deployments Customer Success, Partnerships, Claude Corps program leadership, and Education teams to scale impact and ensure training content stays current as products

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management.
• Train-the-trainer at scale with a certified facilitator network or equivalent.
• Learning design and live delivery of adult education programs.
• Nonprofit ecosystem fluency with networks, capacity builders, or intermediaries.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and Claude or similar AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end: tracks, the credential, and recertification.
• Build the kits intermediaries teach from: activation playbook, launch, and Day 30/60/90 reviews with guides and samples.
• Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries and route each to the right track and home.
• Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting for each group.
• Build connective tissue among intermediaries: shared office hours and a facilitator cohort.
• Support Claude Corps enablement to extend fellows’ reach and feed back into offerings.
• Hold quality bars through teach-back gates, mock sessions, shadowing, and satisfaction metrics.
• Run the program as a system: content intake, refresh calendar, LMS courses, and partner workflows.
• Own program numbers: approved trainers, activations, and resources allocated per organization.
• Be the field voice inside Anthropic to feed into enablement content and product feedback.
