• Experience leading product marketing within a B2B technology business.
• Ability to develop positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans for scale-up offerings.
• Proven track record presenting to external audiences and enabling sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the story and messaging for Confirm's scale-up proposition in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for launches and major proposition developments across campaigns, content, events, PR, partners, and customer activity.
• Shape product-to-market direction with customer, competitive and commercial insights for planning and evidence needs.
• Represent Confirm at industry events, webinars, roundtables, podcasts, and customer forums.
• Build a distinctive point of view on scale-up readiness, performance and workforce enablement.
• Create market moments by turning product innovation and customer evidence into timely campaigns and conversations.
• Support priority programs with field marketing, executive engagement and account-based programs.
• Equip customer-facing teams with talk tracks, pitch narratives, and supporting materials.
• Stay close to the market by building relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
