Job summary

Vitalize seeks a marketing leader to build the function from the ground up. You will define strategy, operating cadence, and hire the team to scale marketing as a primary growth engine for enterprise pipelines.

You will work closely with sales, product, and branding to launch campaigns, shape positioning, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer insights at the core of all initiatives.

Qualifications

• High-growth, B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Expertise in demand gen, product marketing, brand and communications
• Experience marketing complex enterprise SaaS products

Responsibilities

• Build the marketing organization from scratch, define strategy and priorities
• Create a growth engine to generate enterprise pipeline and enable sales
• Turn customer insights into demand, thought leadership, and campaigns
• Shape market understanding, positioning, launches and employer brand
• Recruit and develop high-performing marketers and set high standards
