You will qualify and sustain equipment, troubleshoot to meet safety and throughput targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements. Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge in thin film deposition (PVD, ALD, CVD) and metrology.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in mechanical and process contexts.
• Experience executing experiments in lab/manufacturing settings.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to EHS/Quality improvements.
• Develop, improve, and document robust solar module manufacturing processes.
• Serve as SME for assigned processes or equipment sets.
• Design and execute process experiments; analyze results and present.
• Coordinate with OEMs to evaluate/qualify tools.
• Lead CI plans using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians with technical training.
