Qualifications

• Manufacturing Engineer position requiring data analysis and process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC and DMAIC methods is beneficial.
• Ability to install, qualify and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Install and qualify new equipment and maintain gauges.
• Design and run planned process experiments and report results.
• Collect data on daily equipment and product performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to complete projects.
• Maintain effective communication with production staff and engineers.
• Develop training for technicians and operators.
• Identify yield and product performance improvements.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and process control plans.
