Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant technical experience with Associate’s Degree, or 5 years with Bachelor's, or 3 years with Master's.
• Prior experience in Semiconductor or PV R&D or Mfg.
• Hands-on experience executing experiments in lab or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for assigned processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers.
