PB Materials in Slaton, TX is seeking a Mobile Scale Clerk to operate the scale, verify weight compliance, and process tickets for trucks leaving the facility. The role supports billing and customer inquiries and requires accurate recordkeeping and a strong work ethic.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of office experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be preferred.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Exhibit a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Greet and assist callers and visitors professionally.
• Respond to product inquiries, prepare quotes, and generate tickets.
• Ticket trucks at the scale to ensure safe, legal weight.
• Transmit tickets to corporate for billing using specified software.
• Maintain records for daily cash accounts and deposits.
• Assist with safety training documentation and site visitors.
• Assist with parts delivery and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate daily with the Operations Manager on material inventories.
• Perform other duties as directed.
