Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale for all loaded trucks leaving the facility and ensure safe, legal weights.
• Ticket trucks and transmit tickets for billing using Integra and Paperstream software.
• Maintain customer tickets and inventory levels; greet and assist callers courteously.
• Process COD payments, balance petty cash, and maintain daily cash records.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and loader operator for material inventories.
• Assist with daily dispatching and vendor coordination as needed.
