Responsibilities include organizing bulk loads, verifying paperwork, scanning documents, and coordinating with dispatch and customer service. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and TMW is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in TMW to look up products on trailers.
• Knowledge of the truck/transportation industry and trailer types.
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Print, organize and arrange every bulk load out of Morris and adjust as needed.
• Double-check new orders and paperwork for accuracy.
• Scan in all completed paperwork.
• Scale in and out drivers.
• Maintain constant communication with verifiers and assist as needed.
• Work with dispatch when planning bulk loads.
• Coordinate with dispatch on vac pre-loaders’ assignments.
• Locate correct paperwork for inbound/outbound bulk trucks.
• Ensure drivers and loaders have proper net and axle weights.
• Communicate between Customer Service and Rail Yard to manage order revisions.
