Pine Lake Corn Processors at Pine Lake Facility in Steamboat Rock, IA is seeking a Scale Operator/Customer Service to ensure precise scale activities and friendly, efficient service for producers, truck drivers, and staff.

You will handle incoming inquiries, issue scale tickets, verify weights and products, maintain records, and support administrative tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in agriculture, accounting, or office administration preferred.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles in an agricultural setting is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, producers, truck drivers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate the scale system accurately for inbound and outbound grain and other products.
• Enter and review scale tickets, grain tickets, work orders, and invoices for accuracy.
• Provide general customer service support and assist with account questions and billing.
