Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Sumner, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to accurately weigh and process inbound and outbound truck loads using scale systems.

You will issue tickets and invoices, coordinate with drivers and plant staff, maintain records, monitor inventory movements, and support daily production reporting and data entry.

Provide administrative and operational support as needed, including assisting with production reporting, data entry, customer interactions, coordinating site activities, and performing other duties to support efficient site operations.

This role is based at an active aggregates and ready mix facility with frequent interaction with trucks, equipment, and outdoor conditions. The position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer, along with consistent communication with drivers and plant staff.

Competitive base salary $46,500 - $54,635 ($22.36 - $26.27)
