Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Operator in Wilmington, Delaware to operate and monitor plant equipment, perform routine adjustments, and ensure product quality. You will complete production records, follow safety policies, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence while loading customer trucks.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$20 to $24 per hour.
