Qualifications

• 0-5 years office or chemical business environment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Experience in chemical distribution.
• Experience with Chempax and/or Syspro is a plus.
• Experience in regulatory environments (ISO, FDA, PSM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility by opening/closing gates and verifying IDs.
• Check in contractors and visitors and communicate arrivals to plant personnel.
• Receive and document deliveries and coordinate distribution to departments.
• Prepare documentation for upcoming scale operations and daily activities.
• Perform extensive ERP data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain files and communicate information to internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments as required.
• Complete various business system transactions and reports.
• Maintain a clean, professional office environment including scale house and common areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
