Responsibilities

• Operate truck scales and weigh inbound/outbound trucks.
• Record weights, load info, and shipment details in systems.
• Process bills of lading, scale tickets, and paperwork.
• Verify load information and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and staff.
• Monitor truck traffic and coordinate movements.
• Maintain digital and paper shipment records.
• Identify discrepancies in weights or paperwork.
• Keep scale house clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and terminal requirements.
• Perform additional admin and operational duties as needed.
