Job summary

Asgard Resources in Bainville, MT is seeking a Scale House Operator/Coordinator for the night shift to manage truck traffic, process load tickets, and maintain precise records of materials. The role is indoors in the scale house with a focus on accuracy and professional communication with drivers and team members.

The position offers 12-hour night shifts with overtime opportunities and a competitive hourly pay range of $18–$25 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and performing data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous scale house, logistics, dispatch, administrative, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with drivers and team members by phone, text, radio, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale systems.
• Create and process load tickets with accurate order, driver, and weight details.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams.
• Enter and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor loadout activity and report discrepancies or issues as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and professional scale house environment.
• Provide professional communication and customer service to drivers and team members.
