Qualifications

• Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, creator operations, community management, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and operational skillset with experience using performance metrics to drive decision-making and program optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to build scalable processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage creator incubation programs focused on scaling high-potential TikTok Shop affiliate creators across one or more verticals.
• Build and execute creator growth strategies to drive activation, retention, content supply, and GMV growth.
• Develop scalable creator community programs, onboarding flows, educational programming, and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with creator agencies, merchant partners, and cross-functional teams to co-incubate creators and scale affiliate ecosystem growth.
• Design and execute creator incentive programs including Free Sample Campaigns (FSCs), creator tasks, commission boosts, and leaderboard campaigns.
• Analyze creator performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and improve retention and conversion.
