P&K Stone, Llc is seeking a Scale Clerk to operate scales and input weights for DOT trucks using Fast-Weigh, while delivering top-notch customer service in a busy environment. You will handle payments, maintain records, and support administrative tasks.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to multitask across front desk and scale house activities. Hours include early mornings and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Operate scales using Fast-Weigh to record weights, truck IDs, materials and job numbers.
• Receive and fulfill telephone requests.
• Maintain good customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Assist with daily office tasks and update daily reports.
• Receive and apply check and credit card payments.
• Direct non-English customers/vendors to translators when needed.
• Work extended hours including weekends as needed.
• Issue purchase orders to production team.
• Maintain customer files and accurate records.
