Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to design and erect scaffolds and to mentor the Scaffold E&D Carpenters on site. The role requires hands-on leadership, tool use, and safe work practices to ensure project success.

Applicants should have at least 2 years as Scaffold E&D Carpenter, be comfortable working at heights, and possess OSHA knowledge. Trade school is a plus; bilingual abilities are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Trade school preferred but not required.
• 2+ years as Scaffold E&D Carpenter or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work safely at heights.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and erects various types of scaffolds.
• Lead Carpenter mentors Scaffold E&D Carpenters on development.
• Works with tools and oversees on-site activities.
• Manages a small crew under supervision of E&D Foreman 2.
• Complies with OSHA rules and safe work practices.
