Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to design, erect and supervise scaffolding projects. You will mentor the Scaffold E&D Carpenters, work hands-on with tools, and ensure safety compliance on site while meeting project deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Scaffold E&D carpentry, comfort with heights, and ability to lead a small crew under an E&D Foreman on site. Bilinguals are a plus; trade-school preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years as Scaffold E&D Carpenter or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work safely at heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scaffold E&D Carpenters and mentor them on site.
• Design and erect scaffolds for projects.
• Work with tools to assemble and disassemble scaffolds.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA rules.
