Job summary

ht h companies is seeking a Scaffold Laborer to install, repair, and remove insulation on piping, ductwork, and equipment, and to assemble scaffold structures at sites across the Midwest.

You will measure, cut, and fasten insulation, handle debris, and ensure safe, efficient site operations while following safety protocols and instructions from supervisors. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities

• Installs and replaces scaffolding and insulation in buildings and mechanical systems.
• Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.
• Loads and unloads insulation materials.
• Measures and cut insulation to fit round pipes and equipment.
• Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, wire, or banding, as needed.
• Employees are expected to bring necessary tools to jobsite.
• Will be trained on how to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
