hth companies in Illinois is seeking an Insulation Laborer to install, repair, and remove insulation on piping, ducts, and equipment, and to fabricate removable insulation blankets. You will work with a sheet metal worker to select materials and help assemble scaffolding as needed.

This role requires basic communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training includes OSHA 10 within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Installs and replaces scaffolding and insulation in buildings and mechanical systems.
• Clears and disposes of old insulation per safety guidelines.
• Loads and unloads insulation materials.
• Measures and cuts insulation to fit round pipes and equipment.
• Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, wire, or banding.
• Bring necessary tools to jobsite and assist as directed.
• Assist in cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal as required.
• Promote a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Perform other duties as required.
