Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science / IT / cybersecurity or related field.
• Certifications in networking/server administration (CCNA, Network+, Windows Server, AZ-800/801, Server+).
• Experience providing user support for SCADA network desktop/HMI users.
• Experience installs hardware and software packages and maintains systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain SCADA system hardware and software for Water Reclamation plants.
• Provide user support for management and operators on SCADA desktop/HMI.
• Install, support, and maintain UPS for core servers.
• Maintain day-to-day Windows OS operations, backups, and security patches.
• Document procedures and system configurations for operators and IT staff.
