Job summary

NCSL International is seeking a SCADA Network Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair SCADA systems across county water and sewer facilities. The role involves advanced electronics, cybersecurity collaboration with IT, and coordination with utility teams.

The position requires a degree in electrical engineering technology or related field and several years of experience with RTUs, FIUs, PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation within critical infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology, electronics, industrial automation, instrumentation, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems, industrial control systems, and electronic instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of SCADA electronics and communication systems across water and sewer facilities.
• Diagnose and repair SCADA equipment including RTUs, FIUs, PLCs, HMIs, and network equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic and function block programming.
