Job summary

Citizens Energy Group is seeking a SCADA Specialist or Senior SCADA Specialist. You will design, troubleshoot, and support the Water Production SCADA network for treatment plants, booster facilities, storage tanks, and wells.

The role collaborates with operators and transmission controllers to keep controls operational and improvements on track. The Senior role provides technical direction, supervises SCADA work on capital projects, and ensures cybersecurity and system compatibility across the

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or related field; or two-year SCADA/PLC degree with two years experience.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of MPLS, radio, fiber communications and network fundamentals.
• Ability to respond to 24/7 emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Designs, troubleshoots, and updates SCADA/PLC programming and network protocols.
• Coordinate system upgrades with O&M to minimize downtime.
• Support data communications for potable water treatment and transmission.
• Maintain SCADA security measures and IT coordination.
