Job summary

The role collaborates with engineers and foremen to troubleshoot producing wells and implement efficiency improvements. You will conduct maintenance on subsurface equipment within safety and regulatory guidelines, perform FBHP surveys, and contribute to reducing production variance while enhancing overall field operations.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in E&P operations or related field.
• Experience with SCADA, data analysis and field optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time data via SCADA to support informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Foremen and Lease Operators on wells and leases.
• Perform subsurface maintenance within non-BOPE scope and conduct FBHP surveys.
• Serve as SME in field operations and equipment, oversee material delivery.
• Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance.
• Participate in training and report incidents promptly.
• Stop work when conditions unsafe.
