Job summary

SOLV Energy, a national leader delivering solar, storage and high‑voltage projects, seeks an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility‑scale SCADA EPC efforts, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. The role provides technical and execution leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.

This position can be remote or hybrid, with regular in‑office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects in multidisciplinary teams.
• General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning and support.
• Ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.
• Strong risk, issue escalation and mitigation capabilities.
• Experience with scheduling software and ERP for cost management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects.
• Coordinate with Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and SOLV teams.
• Lead procurement, contract execution, and material procurement.
• Ensure timely installation and FAT activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to hit milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Manage project documentation and change requests.
• Drive lessons learned and process improvements.
