Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating Owners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on contractual commitments.

This role supports a remote or hybrid work arrangement with in‑office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience on utility-scale PV projects.
• General knowledge of SCADA design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Proven ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget through project lifecycle.
• Interpret SCADA contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with goals.
• Lead procurement, scope coordination, scheduling, and closeout.
• Work with field teams to ensure timely installation of SCADA components.
• Lead design reviews, commissioning, and FAT activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet critical milestones.
• Prepare and manage monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee documentation including RFIs and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
• Maintain relationships with partners, clients, and vendors.
• Implement SOLV best practices in scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Lead closeout and lessons learned; drive process improvements.
• Stay informed of industry pricing, trends, and competitive conditions.
