Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead SCADA to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for renewables projects. This role combines engineering leadership with project oversight, budgeting, and staffing responsibilities.

You will mentor staff, manage resources, coordinate with PMs and field management, ensure conformance with Building Codes, and lead design reviews and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
• Field experience is desired. Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Attend project design meetings with the overall Design Build Team.
• Job Site Visits to review installation or assess current conditions.
• Perform Value Engineering studies.
