Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead SCADA in Anaheim, CA. This role provides technical leadership, design oversight, and staff mentorship for renewables engineering projects, including SCADA systems.

You will direct work plans, coordinate resources, and ensure deliverables meet project scope and code requirements. The position requires a PE license, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and substantial engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• LICENSED US-based Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Field experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design leadership for renewables projects.
• Develop work plans and oversee engineering and production resources.
• Lead engineers, designers, and modeling staff on projects.
• Communicate with PMs and executives on deliverables and subcontracting needs.
• Conduct value engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record as needed.
• Coordinate with city/state officials and other regulatory agencies.
• Attend design meetings and participate in project design reviews.
• Guide staff development, training, and performance planning.
