Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a mid-level Electrical Field Engineer (SCADA) to deliver field services and assist with design and analysis under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer, ensuring quality, on-time, and within-budget work.

Responsibilities include equipment testing, relay work, SCADA configuration, and field commissioning; travel across states as needed; FE preferred; AutoCAD and power software skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• FE licensure is preferred and willingness to travel for field work.
• Experience with medium/high voltage systems and SCADA is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment, control system, communications, troubleshooting, relay testing, start-up, and commissioning services.
• Assist in detailed design of electrical power systems including diagrams, wiring, SCADA, and grounding.
• Set, test, wire, and install relaying and control systems, particularly SEL equipment.
• Install, program, and test SCADA/PLC systems and perform field testing and commissioning.
• Prepare field reports and maintain safety and quality standards.
