Job summary

Pueblo Water is seeking a skilled SCADA/Control Systems Technician to perform installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical control systems within the SCADA network. You will support PLC programming, CAD documentation, and instrumentation across treatment and distribution facilities.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, plus relevant licenses and a minimum of three years in hands-on electrical work.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Industrial Electronics with CAD experience.
Master or Journeyman Electrician license may substitute for the degree.
Colorado Class R driver's license required or obtainable within 1 year.
Three+ years hands-on electrical/electronic field experience and CAD ability.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, test, troubleshoot and maintain electrical control systems in the SCADA system.
Assist with designing, installing and updating Pueblo Water's SCADA system.
Maintain SCADA communication systems (cellular, telemetry, wired).
Integrate and service VFDs, MCCs, instrumentation and process controls.
Update CAD drawings and PLC program databases; complete work orders and records.
