Job summary

Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a skilled SCADA technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain the facility's SCADA system and related electrical controls. You will support PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and communication networks across treatment and distribution sites.

The role emphasizes CAD drafting, updating as-built drawings, and collaboration with the IS department to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master or Journeyman Electrician license with related SCADA experience may substitute for Associates Degree.

Responsibilities

• Installs, calibrates, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains electrical control systems and components in the SCADA System.
• Assists with designing, installing, maintaining, and updating Pueblo Water's SCADA System.
• Works with IS Department to troubleshoot and resolve SCADA communication issues and security systems.
