Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a dynamic SBU Operations Manager to lead strategy, operations, and financial planning for the Financial Services & Capital Markets group. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decisions, and leveraging AI capabilities to enhance client service and efficiency.

The position requires a strong background in legal operations, with 5+ years of leadership experience, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to execution across complex law

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional services leadership.
• Strong understanding of law firm economics, attorney workflows, and client service delivery.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Managing Director and SBU leader to execute the strategic plan and growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure objectives and key results are delivered.
• Monitor industry trends and AI developments; translate into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency across the SBU.
• Collaborate with People and Finance teams on staffing, budgeting, and performance insights.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the Managing Director and SBU leadership.
• Support business development and client relationship initiatives, including AI tool initiatives.
