Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional services leadership.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Aufgaben

• Strategy Implementation: Partner with the Managing Director and SBU leader to execute the strategic plan and drive growth, client development, and market positioning initiatives.
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: design and implement process improvements; enable the SBU to leverage AI tools and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Financial Management: analyze budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs; support pricing strategies and review write-downs and new business intake.
• Human Capital Management: support recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and staffing solutions; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Additional Responsibilities: prepare reports for leadership; support business development and AI initiatives.
