The role coordinates strategy, finances, and human capital across a national footprint, with a focus on leveraging AI and data analytics to deliver superior client service.

The position emphasizes collaboration, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement, and supports growth through pricing alignment, KPI reporting, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional services leadership.
• Strong understanding of law firm economics, attorney workflows, and client service delivery.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director and SBU leader to execute the strategic plan and growth initiatives.
• Manage strategic projects ensuring objectives and key results are met.
• Monitor industry trends, AI in legal services, and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Support cross-functional projects to enhance SBU effectiveness.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate the SBU’s use of AI capabilities to transform legal delivery and client service.
• Develop and maintain best practices across the SBU and coordinate with firm-wide functions.
• Prepare and present reports to MD and SBU leadership.
• Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Support business development and client relationship management, including AI initiatives.
