• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional services leadership.
• Strong understanding of law firm economics, attorney workflows, and client service delivery.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to execute the SBU strategic plan, drive growth, client development, and market positioning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance and Pricing to monitor KPIs and support pricing strategy amidst AI-driven changes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the SBU; balance workload and development.
• Prepare and present regular updates to Managing Director and SBU leadership; assist with special projects and AI initiatives.
