Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in legal operations, practice management, or professional services leadership.
• Strong understanding of law firm economics, attorney workflows, and client service delivery.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director and SBU leader to execute the strategic plan.
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects and ensure KRIs are delivered.
• Support AI tools integration and process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and budgeting/forecasting data.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
