• Enter, maintain, and review contract, subcontractor, participation, and payment information in the compliance system.
• Track SBE participation and subcontractor commitments against contract goals.
• Review contracts, amendments, change orders, payment records, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Research certified small businesses, NAICS codes, scopes of work, and subcontracting opportunities to support SBE goal setting.
• Monitor prime contractor and subcontractor payments, identifying missing, late, or inconsistent information.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and program reporting.
