Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry, supplier inclusion programs, or SBE programs required.
• Expert knowledge of federal and state SBE programs, regulations, and requirements.
• Proven ability to conduct compliance audits, identify findings, and support resolution of deficiencies.
• Ability to travel throughout the Southern California region.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance monitoring and reporting for SBE programs.
• Perform monthly audits of SBE reporting.
• Analyze SBE utilization data to identify trends.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to stakeholders.
