Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in the construction sector, knowledge of federal and state SBE regulations, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the construction industry, supplier inclusion programs, or SBE programs required.
• Expert knowledge of federal and state SBE programs, regulations, and requirements.
• Proven ability to conduct compliance audits and support resolution of deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance monitoring and reporting for Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs.
• Analyze SBE utilization data to identify trends and compliance deficiencies.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to internal stakeholders and Owners.
