• Research certified small businesses, NAICS codes, scopes of work, and subcontracting opportunities to support SBE goal setting.
• Monitor prime contractor and subcontractor payments, identifying missing, late, or inconsistent information.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and program reporting.

This role supports a Business Opportunity Program focused on Small Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise compliance, contract monitoring, payment tracking, and program reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and review contract, subcontractor, participation, and payment information in the compliance management system.
• Track SBE participation and subcontractor commitments against established contract goals.
• Review contracts, amendments, change orders, payment records, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Research certified small businesses, NAICS codes, scopes of work, and subcontracting opportunities to support SBE goal setting.
• Monitor prime contractor and subcontractor payments, identifying missing, late, or inconsistent information.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, Commercially Useful Function reviews, bid evaluations, contract closeouts, and program reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $36 per hour.
