The position will involve presenting bank programs to communities, analyzing credit histories, negotiating terms, and supporting loan operations. A degree in business finance or extensive SBA/USDA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business finance, or related field, or 10 years banking experience with SBA/USDA experience.
• Financial sales capability.
• Good communication, public relations skills, computer and research skills.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business customers and develops new relationships.
• Analyzes the credit history of applicants and determines their loan repayment capabilities.
• Negotiates credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications.
• Evaluates potential customer loan requests and makes loan recommendations to management.
• Source qualified customers for SBA/USDA programs and conduct site visits.
