Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in Bank Lending or Underwriting, Operations or Sales.
• High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years in Bank Lending or Underwriting, Operations or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Support Specialists while managing performance, training, and workflow priorities.
• Support SBA lenders, referral partners, and clients by resolving inquiries and managing escalations with a high level of service.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess SBA eligibility, creditworthiness, and lending risk.
• Prepare and review required loan documentation, including term sheets, authorizations, financial verifications, and SBA forms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SBA programs, lending processes, and bank systems.
