• Knowledge of SBA SOPs, loan structure and credit criteria.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Support Specialists and manage performance and workflow.
• Support SBA lenders, referral partners, and clients by resolving inquiries and escalations.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess SBA eligibility and risk.
• Prepare and review loan documentation for SBA programs and ensure compliance.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on SBA programs and drive process improvements.
