Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SBA programs, lending processes, and credit criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Support Specialists to meet performance and workflow priorities.
• Support lenders and clients, resolve inquiries, and drive service excellence.
• Review financials, tax returns, and credit reports to assess eligibility and risk.
• Prepare and review loan docs, term sheets, and SBA forms for accuracy.
• Serve as SME on SBA programs and drive process improvements.
