Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks an experienced SBA Relationship Manager to drive the end-to-end sales cycle, source opportunities, and structure SBA loan proposals for clients within our footprints. You will build a robust referral network with brokers and professionals to grow our SBA portfolio.

The role requires deep SBA lending knowledge, credit packaging skills, and a track record in selling business financial services. Travel to WSFS locations is expected; base pay reflects experience and geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial services.
• 5+ years SBA lending experience (7(a) and 504).
• 5+ years selling business financial products.
• Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales lifecycle including lead generation and sourcing.
• Develop referral networks with brokers, associations, accountants and lawyers to solicit SBA opportunities.
• Structure SBA loan proposals and prepare credit packages.
• Drive growth and success of the assigned sales territory.
