Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales life cycle, including lead generation and sourcing, loan policies and structure, product knowledge and financial analysis.
• Call on and develop a referral network with commercial real estate brokers, business brokers, business/professional associations, accountants, lawyers, and others to solicit SBA loan opportunities.
• Responsible for structuring SBA loan proposals and preparing credit packages.
• Responsible for the success and growth of the assigned sales territory.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business‑related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of financial services industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, including 7(a) and 504 loans.
• 5+ years of experience selling business‑related financial services products.
• Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products.
• Superior customer service, sales, and business development skills.
• Ability to travel to WSFS Bank’s various locations throughout our footprint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong listening ability and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and understanding of underwriting and evaluation of commercial credit is preferred.
• Eligible candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $111,440.00 - $183,082.25. Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
