Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Loan Review Lead to support SBA OCRM by performing detailed reviews of 7(a) and 504 loan files across origination, servicing, liquidation, and targeted partial review scopes to assess compliance with SBA program requirements as defined in 13 CFR Part 120 and SOPs. You will identify issues, document findings, and prepare clear reports for lenders and SBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years SBA 7(a) and/or 504 loan experience or nine years in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years supervising teams and fostering staff development.
• Experience reviewing loan files for compliance, risk, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of SBA Loan Program Requirements and SOPs related to origination, servicing, liquidation, and lender oversight.

Responsibilities

• Review 7(a) and 504 loan files across origination, servicing, liquidation, and review scopes.
• Identify deficiencies and document findings in work papers and loan file review reports.
• Interact with SBA Lenders to clarify documentation and resolve deficiencies when possible.
• Prepare written summaries and loan file review reports outlining condition, criteria, cause, effect, and corrective action.
